So much more than ‘just a golf community’, Indian Springs Ranch has created a living experience that far transcends the everyday. Catering to a full complement of ages and interests, its amenities have been designed to ensure Indian Springs Ranch fulfills its promise as an ‘active lifestyle community’.
With your home as your base camp, it’s easy to pursue several different activities each day. In the morning, tee off for a round of golf that will challenge your skills and stimulate your senses. In the afternoon, enjoy fishing or water skiing on Lake Koocanusa, or how about a quiet canoe ride across the unruffled, pristine waters of one of the area’s many small lakes. After supper, saddle up and ride off into a golden Montana sunset along a grassy mountain trail. Then gather with family and friends around a blazing campfire beneath an amazingly starlit sky.
While ‘active’ is one of our top priorities, ‘community’ is equally important; and to endure as a vital, vibrant community, Indian Springs Ranch is looking to attract a suitable mix of active youth, active seniors and everyone in between.
Indian Springs Ranch welcomes and accommodates people along the entire ‘life continuum’. With opportunities to stay active and connected through their entire lifetimes, the people who call Indian Springs Ranch home can evolve through the community together with their families, friends and neighbors.
Every aspect of development at Indian Springs Ranch is supported by the community’s basic values of sincerity, honesty, hard work, and above all, authenticity.
The atmosphere at Indian Springs Ranch is catching. Our community is a place free of social status; a place that invites you to be yourself.
Adding to Indian Springs Ranch’s natural appeal is its alluring microclimate. Known among locals as Montana’s ‘Banana Belt’, we feel lucky to enjoy moderate winters receiving consistently less snow than neighboring communities and warm summers, with summertime highs of 80 to 100 degrees. People can golf here from about March through November, and water skiers on Lake Koocanusa are active from the end of May through the end of September. Our summers are long, warm and mostly dry with incredibly long days allowing us time to enjoy numerous outdoor activities. You can wake up to the sunrise over the mountain peaks to the east and wind down the day soaking up the beauty of the sunsets to the west on your deck or sitting by a crackling campfire in your back yard.
Together with our unique microclimate, the surrounding area supports a four-season lifestyle centered on a vast array of outdoor activities.
