Welcome home to a new community grounded in stunning landscapes, exceptional value and fulfilling enjoyment of the great outdoors. Welcome home to Indian Springs Ranch.

With a decidedly western attitude in everything from our main gate to our present and future amenities and the friendly people who call us home, Indian Springs Ranch occupies 450+ acres of gently rolling terrain at the north end of Eureka, Montana.

Indian Springs Ranch is embraced by mountain ranges in all directions: The West Kootenai Mountains to the west, the Whitefish Mountain Range to the south and east, and the Canadian Rockies to the north.

With 13 neighborhoods of 10 – 20 home sites nestled into ridges and bluffs of varying altitudes, Indian Springs Ranch ensures its uplifting viewscapes remain unobstructed from virtually every home while securing residents with a sense of privacy.

Located just four hours from Calgary, Alberta, 45 minutes from Whitefish, Montana and Fernie, British Columbia, 5 minutes from the US-Canada border, and only 1 minute from Eureka, Indian Springs Ranch combines rural sensibilities with endless opportunities for life-enriching activity. So much more than just another golf or recreational getaway, Indian Springs Ranch is a community in every sense of the word.

From east to west, Indian Creek flows across the community - a narrow, gurgling band of crystalline water bordered on both sides by lush stands of aspen and cottonwood. A few miles to the west, Indian Creek merges with the Tobacco River shortly before it empties into nearby Lake Koocanusa. A tribute to the property’s long legacy of ranching, Indian Springs Ranch takes its name from Indian Creek and the many natural springs throughout the property that nourish it.

The community derives much of its character from the land’s distinctive topography. Eons ago retreating glaciers left behind large mounds of gravel and dirt to create an undulating landscape of hills and valleys. Known as drumlins, these geological formations have an important place in the community’s landscape and design. Our property is located in the Eureka Drumlin Field. It is the only one of its kind in Montana. There are over 300 drumlins in an area of 175 square miles around Eureka. The drumlins vary in length and are teardrop shaped hills creating rolling grasslands that move into the foothills. Our developers have created a design flow to preserve that unique quality and ensure the natural sense of privacy each home here enjoys.
